Although it's called Mini Lotto, jackpot prizes for this popular Polish game frequently climb to tens of thousands of Euros (several hundred thousand złoty). Jackpot amounts are based on the number of tickets sold for the daily draw, and there's no cap on the level the grand prize can reach! There's no jackpot rollover either - if the jackpot isn't won in that day's draw, it rolls down to make the second and third tier prizes bigger.

Mini Lotto is gaining in players as more people find out about this exciting game, which has tended to fly under the radar in the past. Jackpot amounts are based on one day's ticket sales, and recently they've been rising as more players take part. These are the largest-ever Mini Lotto jackpots:

Mini Lotto Prizes and Odds of Winning
Mini Lotto offers excellent odds - each ticket has a 1 in 850,668 chance of winning the jackpot. Compare that to Poland's flagship Polish Lotto, with a 1 in 13,983,816 chance of winning the top prize, or EuroMillions, which offers only a 1 in 139,838,160 chance. With a one-line Mini Lotto play costing just PLN 1.50 (about €0.35 or US $0.40), the tickets are very good value, and playing multiple times gives you even more chances to win.
The jackpot amount changes every day because it's based on the number of tickets sold for the daily draw. If the jackpot isn't won it rolls down, increasing the Tier II and III prize levels.

Mini Lotto System Prizes and Odds of Winning
Give yourself better odds of winning by playing the game "system" - 20% of Mini Lotto wins are from system bets! With the system, you can choose more numbers - between 6 and 12 - out of the pool of numbers from 1-42. With every extra number selected, the chances of winning increase. If you pick 6 numbers, that's System 6, 7 numbers is System 7, and so on up to System 12.
Just like with regular Mini Lotto, the exact prize amounts depend on the number of tickets sold for the draw, and whether the jackpot is won or rolls down to increase the lower prize levels.

Let's dig into the system a little deeper ...
The system combines the numbers you choose into as many five-number combinations (straight / simple bets) as possible. There's also a bonus - for example, if you play system 6, then if you hit the "three" you win the equivalent of three third-degree wins.
The exact amount you win depends on the number of tickets purchased for the draw, and whether the jackpot is won or not - if it's not won, it rolls down and the second- and third-level prizes increase.

Column one shows how many numbers you're playing (choose 6-12 numbers from the range 1-42).
Column two shows the cost of system wagers.
Column three shows how many simple bets of five numbers each can be made from the numbers you selected. For instance, if your numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, these numbers are combined into six different simple bets of five numbers each:
